Generally I am rather sportive, I frequently go running, mountain biking and hiking. Two years ago I started to practice Taekwondo, the Korean martial art.

When I left my company I tried out windsurfing and ended up going on a three months windsurfing trip throughout Europe. Meanwhile I have become rather passionate about windsurfing and try to be on the water as often as possible, e.g. in Fehmarn (north of Germany), Garda lake (Italy) or Alacati in Turkey.

In 2007, I purchased a BMW 1200 GS which I now enjoy riding throughout Europe.
